DNA is a privately held, vertically integrated real estate investment management and development company focused on ground-up development, value-add repositioning opportunities and adaptive re-use conversions. DNA seeks to acquire mixed-use residential, hospitality and industrial development opportunities. The principals are deeply involved in all aspects of each of the company’s project executions.
Through creativity and thoughtful planning, DNA creates beautiful, functional and livable spaces. Since our projects will ultimately become an integral part of the fabric of the local community, we are dedicated to designing and building responsibly while also supporting local trades, craftsmen and artists whenever possible. DNA strives to implement sustainable building practices and the use of smart building technology in our projects to enhance the livable environments we create.
At DNA, we believe that at the heart of each project there is an opportunity to innovate, while exploring new ideas. We are committed to working collaboratively with our partners, having fun and finding ways to improve upon the contributions we make to the built environment.
DNA has access to equity and debt from high net worth individuals and a select group of family offices. We also have close relationships with many top tier private equity firms and lenders. This allows us to remain nimble and execute quickly, often independent of the capital markets.
DNA may make selective preferred equity and mezzanine debt investments into development projects in prime locations which we believe will benefit from our collective development expertise and access to capital. DNA also participates
as a co-GP in joint venture opportunities on a select basis.
DNA is actively involved in all phases of our projects from pre-acquisition and due diligence through design development, entitlement , construction marketing, sales and final punch list & project close out. We firmly believe that our hands on involvement with each stage, guarantees that we are able to consistently deliver the highest quality product.
We oversee all of our construction activities on a daily and weekly basis
to ensure that what we designed is what is being built in the field. This active construction management also allows us to work collaboratively with our general contractors to find immediate solutions as needed to any field issues that arise.
